    We are doing 4th grade and I got the Reference Library III. The Dictionary and Thesaurus are both hard cover and a nice looking set. The Dictionary has red areas for each letter to make finding the words easy. There are directions on how to use this Dictionary in the front with sample pages showing each...

    We have Discoveries in Science, and we're doing 3rd grade. I have looked through the science textbook and the DiS book together, and compared experiments. Sometimes I incorporate a DiS project into the regular science lesson, but my son has more fun doing the DiS lessons as "extra" lessons...

    I ordered the Discoveries In Music course yesterday. Recently, my son has been expressing an interest in music. I know he's not ready for private music lessons, though! I believe this will be a good introduction to music, and will post again when we receive the course. :)

    What do you guys think of Calverts music course? I'm thinking about purchasing it for my rising 2nd grader but really don't know anything about it. Do they learn to read music? Thank you for your time, Robyn :)
